Weight for height



A lot of people trying to lose weight also want to know what their height/weight ratio should be. Some people who have losing weight in their immediate plans use weight for height ratios to see just how far close or how far off they are as far as weight class goes. So here is a free chart for the curious.

Weight Chart for Women

 Weight in pounds, based on ages 25-59 with the lowest mortality rate
(indoor clothing weighing 3 pounds and shoes with 1" heels)
