There really is no ideal or specific weight you should be relative to your height. What you really want to focus on is your overall body fat percentage. For instance,a person who is your current height/weight, could have 35% body fat with a 4% amount of lean muscle. Or, you could take another person with the exact same height/weight but they have 15% body fat and 60% of lean muscle. Don't worry too much about what the scale says. Focus on fueling the body with nutrient dense food, building lean muscle with strength training and burning fat off with cardio workouts. If you do this you will have a lean and toned physique no matter what your weight is.
The minimum percentage of body fat which may be safe and acceptable for good health is 5% for males and 12% for females. But the average adult body fat is closer to 15%-18% for men and 22%-25% for women. Hopefully this is some helpful information for those of you seeking information on what normal body weight is.
