How To Lose Weight



I want to lose weight damnit but I don't know if I want to run or take swimming up. If I should get liposuction or go get the latest diet pill. There such a vast amount of information on how to lose weight ,when to lose weight, who to go to who to listen to I mean good grief where does one start seriously.?

But you know I always go back to what the old and wise say. It all starts in the mind.So now that I have my mind made up that I want to lose weight I should put together some type of plan of action to lose weight. So Im going to choose to eat more healthy and do 30 push ups and 30 squats 3 times a week for 30 days. Wow that sound like it should be called The Big 3 Plan or something. But anyway Im not in a hurry to lose weight Ijust know I need to lose weight.
